- If any road traffic law is breached, Police or Vehicle Inspector will report violation to Prosecutor’s office. If correct, court summons will be issued.
In addition to fines, defects will be reported to Traffic Commissioner
- Operators licence can be taken away, suspended or authorisation can be reduced
