Operator Licensing Exemptions
Some organisations are allowed to charge fares without obtaining an operators licence
- Local authorities, schools or charities (only for educational, welfare or social purposes)
- Rural communities wishing to use a minibus for non profit making services when there is no commercial bus service
Organisation must obtain special permit
